We are StarCompliance, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the compliance software space. We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. In this role you will develop and run targeted account-based programs and events that raise our profile, build pipeline, and shorten sales cycles across North America.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and sales-development teams to design and deliver an omni-channel, performance-driven demand-generation strategy.
- Work with the digital marketing team to analyze regional data, surface actionable insights, and refine ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Global Events Manager to shape content and select speakers for industry and regional events that align with our go-to-market plans.
Requirements
- Five or more years of account-based marketing experience that has contributed measurable pipeline and accelerated deals for a B2B enterprise sales team of at least five reps.
- Demonstrated success planning and executing multi-channel demand-generation programs and events.
- Strong command of demand-generation metrics, lead progression, and conversion tracking from early top-of-funnel activity through the full sales cycle and into customer advocacy.
- Proven ability to turn data into clear trends and recommendations that support deal acceleration.
- Hands-on experience building nurture streams within marketing-automation platforms and a solid grasp of B2B marketing funnels.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and a genuine enthusiasm for building pipeline.
