The role

We are seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. This is a senior-level position for a professional who is ready to lead the modernization of our enterprise analytics strategy. You will be the architect behind our Azure-based data solutions, ensuring that our technical environment is not only fast and accurate but also capable of scaling alongside our firm. Beyond the technical build, you will act as a champion for data literacy, helping our colleagues across the company unlock the power of our information.

Core responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-first data warehouse strategies using Azure Fabric and related modern technologies to support our long-term business goals.
• Build and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines that integrate diverse enterprise data sources, ensuring high performance and data integrity for our reporting needs.
• Serve as a mentor and internal advocate for Business Intelligence by leading training workshops and promoting self-service analytics to increase data literacy across all business units.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep technical background in modern data architecture and a passion for teaching others. We are looking for proficiency in the following areas:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake and building complex ETL processes.
• Advanced capability in Power BI and enterprise reporting to deliver actionable dashboards and KPIs.
• A proven ability to define enterprise data models and standards that foster a culture of self-service analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business stakeholder needs.
