What you bring
As a Senior Data Security Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading our data security initiatives within the Heartland region. This full-time, remote position requires a blend of technical mastery and consultative leadership to drive new business and deliver exceptional service. You will be instrumental in shaping our offerings and guiding our engineering teams to success.
- Deliver high-level data security professional services while managing complex projects across multiple engineering teams.
- Provide vital sales enablement and technical guidance to the Heartland team as we develop new data security capabilities.
- Collaborate directly with clients to identify gaps in their security programs and design tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses deep expertise in Data Security, Data Governance, and Security Architecture. You should have at least five years of experience in an enterprise-level security role, with a strong background in building and assessing information security programs. Proficiency in technologies such as Data Loss Prevention and Data Security Management is essential. We value candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant industry certifications from organizations like ISC2 or SANS. You must be an excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and business goals, and you should be comfortable working in a client-facing capacity.
