What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Science and Optimization group on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a vital role in enhancing our AI-powered marketing products through rigorous experimentation and advanced analytics. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Partnering with product managers, engineers, and analysts to improve the performance and efficiency of our marketing platform.
- Leading the full lifecycle of experimentation projects, from initial design and scoping to measurement and insight delivery.
- Developing scalable solutions and production-ready code to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented expert with a strong background in quantitative disciplines. You should possess an MS or PhD in a field such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics, or hold equivalent professional experience. We require advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, along with a deep understanding of statistical modeling and causal inference techniques like randomized control trials and difference-in-differences. You must be comfortable communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A curious mindset, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality documentation are essential for success in this role.
