Senior Data Scientist at ClinChoice

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a full-time, on-site role based in Armenia. This position is designed for an experienced professional who can leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing to drive innovation and improve the efficacy of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover significant patterns, anomalies, or structures within complex clinical datasets.
• Engineer and transform data features to optimize the performance of AI, ML, and NLP models while applying deep domain knowledge of clinical research.
• Lead cross-functional projects by collaborating with clinicians, pharmacologists, regulatory specialists, and IT teams to ensure the successful execution of data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• At least a decade of specialized experience applying AI, ML, NLP, and automation techniques within the clinical research industry.
• Mastery of technical frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLTK, along with experience using big data technologies and the Windows Azure cloud platform.
• Deep understanding of the clinical trials landscape, including regulatory compliance, data management practices, and the unique challenges of drug and medical device development.
• Proven ability to lead complex, data-centric projects from conception to completion while maintaining clear documentation for regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
