Key outcomes
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable APIs to serve AI and machine learning models in production.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, moving projects from initial prototyping to fully productionized systems.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using vector databases.
- Orchestrate AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Select and evaluate appropriate large language models based on specific project needs.
- Optimize model inference for latency, cost efficiency, and throughput.
- Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high reliability.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python, with approximately 10 years of total software engineering or data experience.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade APIs, preferably using FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and LLMOps, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Practical experience designing and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Experience building AI agents with frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of model deployment and serving techniques.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong capability in processing large-scale text datasets.
- Fluency in English.
- Must reside in and have legal authorization to work within the EU.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with MLOps platforms such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.
- Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems like AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.
- A history of contributions to open-source AI or machine learning projects.
- Background in sustainability, climate, or product domains.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS environments or startup/scale-up settings.
