The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Growth team and help shape the future of our platform. You will play a vital role in our product strategy by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. By working closely with our engineering and product teams, you will help us understand how our users interact with the app, allowing us to build a more engaging and valuable experience for our community.

A day in the life

• You will develop frameworks and metrics to track the health of our growth ecosystem, ensuring we always have a clear picture of our progress.
• You will design and apply causal inference techniques to evaluate the real impact of our growth initiatives and guide our long-term strategy.
• You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize onboarding funnels and retention, using your findings to drive meaningful improvements across the app.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally within growth-focused teams. You have a strong grasp of statistical analysis, machine learning, and causal inference. You are comfortable working with Python and SQL, and you have a knack for translating complex technical findings into insights that everyone on the team can understand. You are fluent in English and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where experimentation is encouraged.
