The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead the charge in building highly scalable machine learning models. You will report directly to our Data Science Manager and work in tandem with our engineering teams to solve complex business challenges. This role is perfect for someone who loves to get their hands dirty with data, as you will be responsible for designing and refining the predictive models that drive our consumer-based services. Whether you are based in Israel or the U.S., you will have a direct impact on our growth and the way we connect millions of customers with brands every month.
A day in the life
- You will dive deep into large datasets to uncover patterns, cleaning and transforming information to ensure it is ready for high-level modeling.
- You will design, build, and evaluate sophisticated machine learning systems that personalize the consumer experience and drive meaningful engagement.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex business requirements into actionable, data-driven solutions that improve our overall performance.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in deploying production-ready models. You possess a Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics. Your technical toolkit includes a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining. You are highly proficient in Python and comfortable using libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scipy to manipulate data. Because we operate in the fast-paced world of digital advertising, you must have specific experience in ad-tech, including work with demand-side or supply-side platforms. If you have experience with Hadoop or Spark, that is a fantastic bonus. Above all, you are a strong communicator who can explain complex findings to team members across the company.
