What you'll be doing
- Lead advanced data analysis by validating and examining complex datasets to uncover patterns and trends that directly inform our product strategy and strategic decision-making.
- Develop innovative statistical models and cutting-edge algorithms to solve high-impact business problems, ensuring our product roadmap is backed by rigorous, data-driven insights.
- Apply machine learning expertise to spearhead projects involving NLP, generative models, and reinforcement learning, ultimately pushing the boundaries of how our platform delivers value to customers.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in data science and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in statistics and data science, including at least 2 years in a product-focused environment.
- Deep technical proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
- A proven ability to extract actionable intelligence from messy or unstructured data.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to explain complex systems to cross-functional partners like product managers and designers.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
What you'll get
