About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work within our Data Science organization to tackle complex challenges involving petabytes of data. You will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced machine learning models that drive our exchange, helping us solve real-world problems at a massive scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage machine learning pipelines to model key components of our ad exchange and improve overall system performance.
- Construct novel model types and tune existing ones to enhance functionality and support new product features.
- Lead data science and machine learning projects from initial concept through to production deployment, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a creative approach to problem-solving. We require the following qualifications:
- An MS degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience.
- Extensive experience with diverse modeling methodologies, particularly deep learning and TensorFlow environments.
- A proven track record of bringing projects to maturity and ensuring they have a measurable business impact.
- Mastery of probability and statistics, with the ability to apply these concepts to massive, high-dimensionality datasets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex experimental results for various audiences.
Location
This position is based in Poland and offers a hybrid work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
