What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Services team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will partner with our Marketing, Business Operations, and Technology teams to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies. Your work will be central to how we understand and grow our customer base.

• Design and analyze experiments to optimize marketing budgets and measure the impact of our initiatives on customer growth.
• Use causal inference and predictive modeling to identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve our platform capabilities regarding data quality, modeling, and insights generation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a curious, experienced professional who excels at simplifying complex problems. You should hold an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Mathematics. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in data science or analysis, specifically with a track record of driving business impact in marketing or growth applications. You must be fluent in SQL and proficient in Python or R. Beyond your technical skills, you should possess strong business acumen, the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset that aligns with our core values of camaraderie, openness, grit, integrity, and simplicity.

What we offer
