About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Data Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing the data infrastructure that powers our business decisions. You will work closely with our data engineering manager to ensure our pipelines are fast, reliable, and insightful, helping us leverage data from our fulfillment centers, customer behavior metrics, and marketing performance to better serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern tools such as dbt, Airbyte, Fivetran, and Databricks.
- Develop clean, well-tested transformation logic using SQL and Python to support our reporting needs in Looker.
- Optimize our Redshift infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency while managing complex workflows with Dagster.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in data engineering within production environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and scripting.
- Deep technical experience with the modern data stack, including dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Redshift, Databricks, Looker, and Dagster.
- A solid understanding of data modeling principles, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with product and data science teams.

This position is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $130,000 - $150,000, in addition to an annual bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your well-being and long-term success.
