Senior Data Engineer at Attest

Attest is a consumer research SaaS platform founded in 2015 with offices in London and New York. We help some of the world’s most prominent brands, such as Unilever, Klarna, and Santander, put the consumer voice at the heart of their business decisions. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our data lifecycle, ensuring our infrastructure remains scalable, resilient, and capable of delivering high-quality insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead our data engineering initiatives by establishing best practices and promoting strong data governance across the organization.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data architecture, including the development of ETL pipelines and the management of our analytics infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to build tooling that supports the machine learning lifecycle, from experimentation and logging to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong background in designing and building data architectures or pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with modern data engineering tools and technologies such as MLFlow, Kubernetes, dbt, Terraform, and Redshift.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to turn ambiguous business problems into iterative, data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work cross-functionally with various internal teams.
