We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help us scale our infrastructure and continue our mission of making healthcare more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Lead our Integrations Team in the design and development of scalable connections between our platform and various Electronic Health Records and healthcare systems.
- Architect and maintain robust data pipelines and ingestion systems using tools like Snowflake, Python, and cloud-based infrastructure to ensure high-quality data flow.
- Manage complex data modeling projects and mentor team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on data engineering, data modeling, and systems integrations.
- Proven expertise in our core technology stack, including Snowflake, Python, and relational databases, alongside a strong understanding of Medallion architecture.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare data management and EHR systems, combined with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- A track record of successful technical leadership, including experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing project priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
What we offer
The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000, though final compensation may vary based on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and professional growth.
