We have successfully raised over $100 million from prominent investors, including the founders of Stripe and Coinbase, as well as notable figures like Alexis Ohanian and professional athletes such as Tom Brady and Kevin Durant. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a unique opportunity to help us solve complex data challenges and directly influence the future of our pricing engine.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive the entire lifecycle of algorithm development, from initial ideation and prototyping to final production.
- Take full ownership of our valuation models by building, iterating, and deploying them to ensure they remain accurate and scalable.
- Apply your expertise in pricing strategies to innovate and develop sophisticated solutions that support our core business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, specifically with a history of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong technical proficiency using Python, AWS, Postgres, Airflow, Datadog, and JavaScript.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects, solve difficult technical problems, and work effectively within a collaborative team.
- A background in pricing models and familiarity with the trading card industry is considered a significant advantage.
What we offer
We provide a competitive base salary ranging from $194,000 to $210,000 USD. In addition to your salary, we offer the following benefits:
