Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a senior-level position where you will take full ownership of our next-generation data ingestion and aggregation systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to architect robust solutions that function across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments.
Your impact
- Design and implement a highly scalable data pipeline capable of capturing and processing massive volumes of telemetry and sensor data from diverse sources.
- Develop automated workflows that trigger downstream actions, ensuring our platform remains responsive and integrated with mission-critical systems.
- Build a secure, modular foundation that allows internal teams and third-party developers to create new solutions, complete with well-documented APIs and SDKs.
What you'll need
- Deep technical expertise in building ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines, with proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- A strong grasp of data governance and compliance standards, such as NIST or FedRAMP, and how they apply to secure data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- To comply with U.S. export regulations, you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or hold specific refugee or asylee status.
