What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position that operates on a hybrid basis, requiring you to work from our Manhattan office one to two days per week. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance data architectures, ensuring our data assets are optimized to support our long-term business goals.

What will you do?

Design and maintain scalable data architectures that support both batch and streaming data processing.
Define and execute a strategic roadmap to maximize the value of our data assets and align them with our business objectives.
Oversee complex ETL and ELT processes while optimizing our database systems for better performance, reliability, and scalability.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have four to six years of experience in data engineering, along with a strong background in managing large datasets. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Python, AWS, and SQL. You should have a solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and possess the analytical skills necessary to solve complex data challenges.
