We are looking for an intellectually curious Senior Data Engineer to join our team in the United States, helping us build the infrastructure that changes how small businesses interact with the financial system.

What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain our next-generation data platform and warehouse.
• You will develop and manage complex pipeline integrations that connect our systems with essential services like Salesforce, Hubspot, Plaid, and Datadog.
• You will build robust file parsers and ingestion pipelines to process financial transaction data from various providers, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.

What you'll bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 4 years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL or similar relational database management systems.
• Experience working with modern data infrastructure, including data orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow, and datalakehouse solutions such as AWS Athena and Apache Iceberg.
• A solid understanding of data architecture, business intelligence, and containerization tools like Docker and AWS ECS.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to work on-site 3 days per week.
• Bonus points if you have a background in fintech, experience with Change Data Capture workflows, or knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

What you'll get
