- Support team-wide efforts to maintain system observability and meet established service level agreements.
- Participate in research and development initiatives focused on clinical data and machine learning features to support our broader organizational goals.
Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically focused on developing data analytics methods and tools.
- Proven experience in a senior technical role, ideally within the healthcare industry working with complex clinical datasets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering principles, data modeling best practices, and data governance.
- Experience operating systems within regulated environments, such as those adhering to SOC 2 Type 2 or HITRUST standards.
- Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, Snowflake (or similar managed data warehouses), Docker, and Airflow.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical subjects to diverse audiences and interact authoritatively with clients.
- A demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, mentor colleagues, and solve complex problems with empathy and flexibility.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with JavaScript, D3.js, DBT, or Observable is considered a plus.
