What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. In this role, you will be a key player in our Trust, Identity, and Safety division, where you will translate complex data into actionable strategies that mitigate risk. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Serving as a subject matter expert who uses data to measure and analyze performance across our various markets and business lines.
• Identifying critical business issues and growth opportunities while developing data-driven rules to proactively address potential risks.
• Partnering with our product and engineering teams to design and analyze experiments that shape our future product decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Technology and Data Analysis. We are looking for someone who excels at statistical analysis and experiment design, with a deep understanding of risk management principles. You must be fluent in English and be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
