What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Canada and follows a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies that improve our customer experience and operational efficiency. Your core responsibilities include the following:

• Leading the full data analysis lifecycle, from initial collection and cleansing to advanced statistical modelling.
• Building and managing reliable data pipelines using Snowflake to ensure our teams have access to high-quality information.
• Creating impactful dashboards and visualizations in Looker to help our stakeholders understand key business trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in data analysis, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sectors. We require a degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics. You must be proficient in SQL and Python, and you should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS. We value candidates who possess a strong grasp of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques. Beyond your technical abilities, you should be an excellent communicator who can explain complex insights to non-technical team members. A certification in data analysis is considered a strong asset, and we are looking for someone with a natural curiosity and a proactive approach to solving problems in English.
