The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape the evolution of our product offerings. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between our complex data sets and our business strategy. You will collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to democratize data access and drive growth. By leveraging your expertise in business intelligence and data modeling, you will not only influence our internal decision-making but also provide our clients with actionable insights that help them reach their greatest potential.
A day in the life
- You will use Python and advanced analytical techniques to manipulate large data sets, streamline extraction processes, and uncover deeper insights.
- You will develop and refine key performance indicators to measure the impact of business decisions while using BI tools to create compelling visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
- You will engage directly with clients to understand their specific data needs, translating complex findings into clear presentations that drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Who you are
You are a critical thinker and an engaging storyteller who thrives in a collaborative environment. You possess the technical skills to handle complex data and the communication skills to make those findings accessible to everyone.
- You have 6 or more years of professional experience as a Data, BI, or Product Analyst.
- You possess advanced proficiency in SQL, specifically with Postgres or Redshift, and have strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and data mining.
- You are highly skilled in Python and statistical analysis, with a proven ability to manage large-scale data projects independently.
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, with the ability to be onsite in our New York City office three days per week.
- You have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
