About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our technical data infrastructure and our business goals. You will be responsible for managing projects, prioritizing tasks based on their impact, and delivering insights that help our product team make smarter, data-driven decisions. Interviews for this position are scheduled to begin the week of November 11th.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Cleaning: You will gather, preprocess, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure our information remains accurate, reliable, and high in quality.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: You will apply statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns, transforming raw data into meaningful recommendations that drive business improvement.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication: You will design and maintain clear, visual dashboards and reports that translate complex technical findings into simple insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings a mix of technical expertise and a proactive, scrappy mindset. Your qualifications should include:

• 3 to 5 years of professional analytics experience, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• A strong background supporting Product or Finance functions.
• Experience managing analytics infrastructure, particularly in small or fast-moving team settings.
• Proficiency in configuring data movement using tools like Fivetran or Hightouch.
• Advanced skills in data visualization, modeling, and dashboarding.
• Daily fluency in SQL for data transformation.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences clearly.
• A high sense of agency and the ability to take initiative quickly.
• Bonus points for experience in causal modeling, such as A/B testing, regression analysis, or uplift modeling.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 USD, with the final offer determined by your relevant experience and industry background. In addition to your salary, you will have access to full benefits and the flexibility of a remote work environment.
