We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Lithic, we build the infrastructure that powers modern card issuing and payments for some of the world’s most innovative fintechs and digital banks. Our journey began with the creation of Privacy.com, a consumer-focused product designed to help individuals spend money safely online using virtual cards. Today, we process billions in transactions annually, and we are looking for a dedicated analyst to help us take our consumer business to the next level by turning complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the analytics function for our consumer products, which includes managing stakeholder relationships, setting project priorities, and overseeing the full lifecycle of data initiatives.
- Translate high-level business requirements into robust, long-term data models that promote data democratization across our organization.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Experience leadership to evaluate performance, improve productivity, and design impactful A/B tests that enhance the user journey.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an analytics role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience in Snowflake being highly beneficial.
- Hands-on experience using DBT, particularly DBT core, to manage data transformations.
- Strong technical skills in Python and Git, with familiarity in GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical data implementations and business strategy.
- A background in consumer product analytics or experience within the fintech sector is considered a significant advantage.
