What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of how data drives product success. You will work in a hybrid capacity, which includes spending three days each week at our office in New York City.
What will you do?
- You will use Python and other advanced analytical tools to process large data sets and extract meaningful insights that guide our product and business direction.
- You will develop and refine key performance indicators to measure the success of our initiatives and help our teams make better, data-backed decisions.
- You will act as a bridge between our technical teams and our clients, creating compelling reports and presentations that simplify complex information and directly support revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator who can translate data into a clear story. We are looking for someone who brings the following expertise:
- At least 6 years of professional experience working as a data, product, or business intelligence analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, specifically with experience in Postgres and Redshift.
- Strong technical skills in data modeling, database design, and data mining.
- A solid background in data visualization and the use of various BI tools to present findings.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
