Obesity impacts more than 40% of the US adult population, but only about 1% of patients receive medical treatment for their disease. The Patient Care Coordinator role supports physicians, dietitians and patients and is critical to our company mission of outstanding clinical care.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and empathetic person to drive the roadmap and the analysis that will enable our virtual clinic to quickly scale 10x the size of our operation year over year while delivering excellent results to patients and payers.  This means both directly instrument dashboards and reports, as well as work with our in house and contracted data engineers and analysts to prioritize their work. The Senior Technical PM/Data Analyst - Data infrastructure & Reporting will partner with operations, engineering, client facing, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess the business data needs, prioritize them, define solutions, and iteratively work towards them. You’ll be joining a talented, experienced team and be a part of building something special from the ground up. 

What you will do: 

• Deeply understand FORM business data needs: identify & prioritize analysis/reports/data requirements based on jobs-to-be done leveraging research and stakeholders feedback
• Build reports and become an expert of our data and tools
• Define the data infrastructure and reporting product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals, define and measure success via KPIs, and iterate to drive continuous improvements
• Deliver prioritized work timely in partnership with engineering, operations, clinical, and other teams
  • Partner with cross functional leads to define solutions and delivery timelines iteratively, as well as  influence other teams’ roadmaps 
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements including  user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings to keep the team aligned and ensure timely delivery
  • Directly deliver data analyses
• Act as a product advocate, champion, and liaison between different stakeholders, clearly communicating across the organization, leading product demos, training sessions, and presentations to various audiences, including support and sales teams.

About you: 

• 5+ years of building data product and/or leading data analyses, iteratively 
• Strong technical ability including SQL, data analytics/visualization tools (sigmacomputing.com, Amplitude, or similar), data architectures/ETL/data exchange, APIs
• Experience in driving vision and results: you’ve created and rallied support around strategies that shaped the direction of your products, in line with the business goals, and delivered on that vision iteratively
• Ability clearly communicate cross functionally, in a remote first environment
• Self driven to learn new things and adapt in a rapidly growing startup
• Excited to make compassionate, evidence-based healthcare accessible
• Preferred:
  • Hands on experience with healthcare/care delivery/health insurance data, integrate data feed from multiple systems, and sigmacomputing.com
  • Software engineering background

Compensation:

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at  $125,000 - $185,000 a year per year for all US-based remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
