You should be highly proficient in SQL and experienced with data visualization tools, ETL processes, and APIs. We value candidates who can communicate effectively in a remote-first environment and who are self-driven to adapt within a fast-paced startup. While not required, a background in software engineering or experience working with healthcare and insurance data is highly regarded. You must be fluent in English and share our passion for making compassionate, evidence-based healthcare accessible to everyone.

- Remote work flexibility.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401k retirement planning.
- Generous paid time off.
