About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer for a full time, remote position. In this high impact role, you will work directly with our Director of Identity and Access Management and our CISO to lead our transition into a new, secure cloud environment. You will be instrumental in building an industry leading identity program while ensuring our systems remain resilient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust Privilege and Identity Access Management systems to protect our enterprise infrastructure.
- Define technical cybersecurity controls and best practices for public cloud environments, secure application design, and privileged access management.
- Manage the end to end delivery of PAM technologies, including credential management, secrets management, and the administration of privileged accounts across Windows, UNIX, databases, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in security engineering and a passion for continuous improvement. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with PAM products such as CyberArk, Delinea, Teleport, or Thycotic.
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, MFA processes, and IAM authentication protocols.
- Proven experience implementing PAM solutions within AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python.
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field, with industry certifications like CISSP preferred.
