We are currently seeking a dedicated security professional to join our Cybersecurity Operations Team, where you will help us stay ahead of emerging threats and protect our firm through proactive intelligence and defense.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our overall security posture by identifying and eradicating threats, as well as developing new intelligence to prevent future attacks. This is an active, hands-on position that requires a deep passion for security and the ability to adapt quickly to the evolving methods used by adversaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including participation in an off-hours, scheduled rotation.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Perform proactive threat hunting exercises and develop new detection mechanisms to improve our defensive capabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to continuous learning. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a Security Operations or Analyst role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&ACK framework, adversary tactics, and deception techniques.
• Experience managing and analyzing logs across various networking technologies and computing platforms like Windows, Linux, and OSX.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain business risk as it relates to information security.
• A demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and tight deadlines.

Location

This position is based in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base pay, we offer the following perk:
