We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position open to candidates located anywhere who are passionate about driving growth and managing high-value merchant relationships.
Your impact
- Lead seamless onboarding: You will manage the end-to-end implementation for our marquee partners, ensuring their technical and marketing activation sets them up for immediate and long-term success.
- Champion merchant success: You will act as a dedicated partner to our clients, providing white-glove service, gathering critical product feedback, and building deep relationships that foster loyalty.
- Drive revenue and growth: You will collaborate with our growth marketing team to execute data-driven campaigns and strategic initiatives that boost transaction volume and maximize merchant ROI.
