What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who is ready to take on a strategic, leadership-focused role within our B2B operations. You will be instrumental in guiding our service team while maintaining the high standards our professional partners expect.
What will you do?
- Lead our B2B customer service team to ensure we consistently provide exceptional support and service to our professional clients.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance to team members to reach effective resolutions.
- Take ownership of day-to-day order management and logistics, including coordinating shipments and optimizing our internal processes for accuracy and speed.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in professional service environments and a passion for continuous improvement. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B customer service, with a minimum of 1 year spent in a leadership or project management capacity.
- Practical experience using ERP systems, such as Business Central, and ticketing platforms like Zendesk.
- A firm grasp of EDI protocols and experience working with major retail partners.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages like French, German, or Spanish is considered a significant asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
