At Zola, we are on a mission to reinvent the wedding planning and registry experience for over 1 million couples. We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Copywriter to join our team and help us build intuitive, magical products that support our community from engagement to decorating their first home.

Responsibilities

Craft clear and compelling copy that guides users through our platform while strengthening brand loyalty.
Partner with our product, marketing, and business teams to position features for couples, guests, and vendors.
Audit and optimize existing UX copy to ensure consistency across the entire user journey.
Develop and implement UX writing guidelines that adapt our brand voice for product interfaces.
Take ownership of the storytelling for our vendor marketplace.
Collaborate with the creative team to build narratives that bring our brand story to life.
Act as a dedicated advocate for the user experience and our brand voice during the design process.

Must-haves

At least 4 years of experience writing and editing UX copy, preferably within a consumer-facing tech environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UX work is required for your application to be considered.
Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of UX design best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams, including engineers and designers.
A passion for using qualitative and quantitative data, including user testing, to inform your writing.

Benefits

The salary range for this full-time, on-site position is $70,000 to $85,000 USD.
