Your mission as a Senior Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As Appinio's Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll lead our global content strategy - turning in-depth research insights and product narratives into clear, engaging, and actionable stories. From thought leadership reports and blogs to webinars and social campaigns, you’ll deliver consistent, high-impact storytelling across all channels, optimised to drive cross-channel performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and lead Appinio’s global content strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities, product updates, industry trends, and channel objectives
• Plan and execute flagship thought leadership campaigns, combining blogs, reports, webinars, and social media to drive awareness, authority, and demand
• Create targeted content that supports both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel goals
• Write and edit high-quality content that communicates complex ideas clearly and consistently across all channels, leveraging story-telling techniques
• Act as the central connector across global marketing functions, streamlining workflows, and timelines
• Support regional marketers in localising and amplifying global content while maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice
• Monitor, measure, and optimise performance, analysing results to refine strategy, boost engagement, generate high-quality leads, and support conversions with best-in-class sales enablement materials
• Champion content marketing best practices, elevating quality, consistency, and impact across all global marketing efforts

You will thrive in this role if

• You have 6+ years in B2B content marketing within a high-growth tech environment; market research experience is strongly preferred
• You have a proven track record of executing integrated, KPI-optimised content across all channels, including driving search and social media growth
• You are an exceptional copywriter, communicator, and storyteller
• You are experienced collaborating with cross-functional teams and build relationships easily
• You are a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You are KPI-driven, commercially minded, and confident aligning content initiatives to business revenue
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about creating high-impact content
• Experience with HubSpot is preferred, and German-English bilingual skills are a plus
