The role

We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for a strategic thinker who can translate complex research and product narratives into compelling, actionable stories. You will be responsible for shaping our global content strategy and ensuring our brand authority remains at the forefront of the industry.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of our global content calendar, ensuring all output aligns with our business priorities, product updates, and industry trends.
• Drive our thought leadership initiatives by creating and managing high-impact reports, webinars, blog content, and social media campaigns.
• Act as a central hub for our global marketing functions to streamline workflows, maintain a consistent brand voice, and optimize content performance for lead generation and conversion.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in B2B content marketing and a passion for storytelling. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in B2B content marketing within a high-growth tech environment, with preference given to those with a background in market research.
• A proven ability to execute integrated, KPI-driven content strategies that span search and social media channels.
• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a strategic mindset for project management.
• Experience working with HubSpot is preferred, and proficiency in both English and German is considered a strong asset.
