We have developed the Whole Body Digital Twin, a dynamic model of an individual's unique metabolism created from thousands of daily data points provided by sensors and personal preferences. This technology sets a new standard for care, allowing patients and doctors to make informed, personalized decisions. We are currently expanding our partnerships with major employers and are looking for a dedicated professional to help us scale our impact.

- Enhance the usability and clarity of our product experiences for all members.
- Develop content that directly contributes to positive metabolic health outcomes.
- Create engaging, informative, and empathetic interactions within our AI-driven tools.
- Maintain high standards for accessibility, health literacy, and consistency across all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build seamless user journeys that meet clinical and business goals.
- Conduct audits of existing assets and contribute to the evolution of our voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Participate in user research to refine experiences and advocate for content design best practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in UX writing or content design.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve user-focused problems.
- Previous experience working within the healthtech or healthcare sectors.
- Deep familiarity with AI workflows, prompting, and related tools.
- The ability to translate complex information into simple, accessible language.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- This is a remote role for candidates based in the U.S.
Preferred qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Atlassian, Zendesk, and Survey Sparrow.
Compensation
The compensation for this full-time role is $180,000 per year. We offer the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
