Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to craft clear, compelling, and user-centered content that:
- Improves ease of use and comprehension across product experiences
- Drives positive metabolic health outcomes for our members
- Powers engaging and informative AI interactions
This is a full time (40 hours per week) temporary contract position through August 2025.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clarity, consistency, health literacy, and accessibility in all content design deliverables
- Work on AI-tools to deliver clear, concise, empathetic, and personalized guidance to members
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end user journeys aligned with business objectives and clinical/compliance requirements
- Audit and update existing assets based on product initiatives
- Contribute to user research to optimize user experiences and inform content decisions
- Add to our style guide, voice & tone, and other guidelines
- Advocate for content design best practices and contribute to a strong content culture
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field
- Experience working for healthcare or healthtech companies
- A portfolio showcasing user-focused content solutions
- Passion for plain language, health literacy, and human-centered design
- Experience with AI tools, prompting, and workflows
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and make data-driven content decisions
- Experience working in agile environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Figma, Atlassian, Zendesk, Survey Sparrow, is a plus
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $90.00 per hour.
