• Enhance the usability and clarity of our product experiences for all members.
• Develop content that directly contributes to positive metabolic health outcomes.
• Create engaging, informative, and empathetic interactions within our AI-driven tools.
• Maintain high standards for accessibility, health literacy, and consistency across all design deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build seamless user journeys that meet clinical and business goals.
• Conduct audits of existing assets and contribute to the evolution of our voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Participate in user research to refine experiences and advocate for content design best practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in UX writing or content design.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve user-focused problems.
• Previous experience working within the healthtech or healthcare sectors.
• Deep familiarity with AI workflows, prompting, and related tools.
• The ability to translate complex information into simple, accessible language.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• This is a remote role for candidates based in the U.S.

Preferred qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Atlassian, Zendesk, and Survey Sparrow.

Compensation

The compensation for this full-time role is $180,000 per year. We offer the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
