About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Data Analytics to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will guide our clients through the entire systems lifecycle, taking projects from initial requirements gathering all the way to successful implementation. You will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our data initiatives align with the broader strategic objectives of the organizations we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven initiatives to develop robust products and programs that improve profitability and streamline operational processes.
- Act as a trusted IT partner to senior leadership, facilitating critical decisions regarding data strategy and technology investments.
- Manage cross-functional project teams by coordinating assignments, tracking progress against goals, and communicating roadmaps to key stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a deep background in data architecture and systems integration. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, data migration, and enterprise architecture.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.
- Proven expertise in data governance and working with cloud platforms.
- The ability to command respect from senior-level leaders through excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and closure.
- Current physical residence in the Greater Seattle area.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with data warehousing and relevant industry certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $170,000, depending on your specific skillset and professional experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
