The role
We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level, on-site position based in the United States. You will take the lead on complex projects, serving as the strategic force that ensures our high standards are met from the initial planning phase through to final completion.
Core responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle of construction projects by managing resources, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every milestone is achieved on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships through clear communication and consistent reporting.
- Maintain strict adherence to project goals by forecasting costs, analyzing financial variances, and ensuring all site activities comply with safety regulations and technical specifications.
Skills and experience
