We are looking for a talented individual to join our collaborative team of hardware, full-stack, and computer vision engineers to help us push the boundaries of what is possible in real-world retail environments.
What you bring
As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you will take on a full-time role focused on architecting and training high-performance models for object recognition and edge deployment. You will work in a remote capacity, collaborating with our team to turn complex visual data into actionable insights. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and training custom object detection models tailored for retail inventory tracking and product recognition.
- Integrating and fine-tuning vision-language models to enable advanced scene reasoning and decision-making pipelines.
- Optimizing state-of-the-art models for edge deployment through techniques like quantization and pruning to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 36 months of experience in computer vision engineering. You should possess deep technical expertise in PyTorch, TensorRT, and ONNX, along with a strong command of Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployment. A successful candidate will demonstrate a mastery of production-grade machine learning, moving beyond experimental notebooks to build maintainable, robust systems. You should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and possess the ability to mentor others while driving technical strategy. A background in artificial intelligence and a passion for solving real-world perception challenges are essential for this role.
