What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will own the commercial lifecycle of our products, guiding them from the initial idea phase through to customer adoption and support. You will be a key partner to our business teams, helping to define requirements for our world-class order-to-cash solutions while ensuring our product portfolio remains profitable and competitive.
What will you do?
- Act as the primary subject matter expert, serving as a bridge between our revenue-generating teams and the product development staff.
- Manage the product backlog to ensure sprint planning is efficient, while also evaluating new feature requests based on market demand, return on investment, and client impact.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, educate teams on product value, and track key performance indicators through automated reporting.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have 5 to 7 or more years of experience in product ownership, ideally within the SaaS, financial technology, or online payments sectors. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an Agile environment and who can communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership. You should have a strong grasp of market drivers, such as total addressable market and ideal customer profiles, along with a data-driven approach to solving problems. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
