Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the next phase of our growth. This is a full-time position based in the United States. While we operate as a remote-first company, please note that this role requires limited travel through August 2025, with an expectation to work from our New York City office two days per week starting in September 2025.
Your impact
- Design and implement fault-resistant, highly available infrastructure to ensure zero-downtime services.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines from the ground up to streamline software releases and configuration.
- Take ownership of system reliability by driving incident resolutions, performing capacity planning, and automating tasks to boost engineering efficiency.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership. You will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in the DevOps and infrastructure space.
- Deep technical expertise in AWS, including services like RDS, WAF, CloudFront, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure tools such as Terraform, Docker, Helm, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Ansible.
- A solid background in managing microservice architectures and supporting 24/7 high-availability environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Perks and compensation
We believe in transparent and equitable compensation. The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000. Beyond the base salary, we offer a comprehensive package to support your well-being and professional growth:
