SuccessKPI is a global, fast-growing organization dedicated to transforming contact centers through our AI-powered, pure SaaS analytics and automation platform. We pride ourselves on a culture that values innovation and collaboration, and we are looking for a Senior Cloud Full-Stack Engineer to join our fully remote team in India to help us build impactful, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of system features, from initial technical design through to production deployment and ongoing support.
- Design and integrate SaaS Serverless applications using modern web technologies.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and microservices to ensure high performance for our customers.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical capabilities.
- Create proofs of concept to evaluate new components and integration strategies.
- Validate code quality through unit testing, security assessments, and performance profiling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Produce comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs and user guides.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of hands-on professional experience with dynamic languages such as Python and NodeJS.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with AWS cloud technologies, supported by relevant certifications.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and big data processing patterns.
- Proven ability to design and build both real-time and batch data pipelines.
- Experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles and scalable architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a technical advisor and advocate for our customers.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills, with the self-discipline required for a remote work environment.
