We work across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments to ensure our clients have the robust, scalable systems they need to succeed.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Cloud and System Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure. You will be working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with our team to optimize client systems and provide technical leadership on a variety of projects.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based AWS solutions and on-premises network infrastructure, including hardware from providers like Cisco and Dell.
- Collaborate with technical account managers to develop technology roadmaps and ensure all infrastructure follows security best practices and well-architected guidelines.
- Monitor system performance and maintain disaster recovery strategies while contributing to internal process improvements and research projects.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We value candidates who can communicate clearly and manage multiple client environments simultaneously.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or have at least 10 years of equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of professional IT experience.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience with AWS, including architecting complex solutions and working with containers or orchestration tools like EKS and ECS.
- You are proficient with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and you have experience with scripting languages and on-premises technologies like Office 365.
- You hold an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, and you are comfortable working in a team that values collaboration, automation, and continuous learning.
- You are fluent in English and ready to participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide off-hours support when necessary.
What's in it for you?
We are committed to supporting our team members as they grow their careers. By joining us, you will have access to the following:
- Hybrid work arrangements to help you balance your professional and personal life.
- Opportunities to obtain and maintain advanced technical certifications in cloud computing and orchestration.
- A collaborative environment where you can contribute to meaningful R&D and process improvement projects.
