Senior Cloud Administrator at Coveo

We are currently looking for a Senior Cloud Administrator to join our team in Canada on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will be central to managing our Entra infrastructure, ensuring that our identity management and security protocols remain robust and innovative. Key outcomes

• Oversee and refine our Entra (Azure AD) environments, with a focus on identity management, security governance, and access control.
• Improve our device and software management workflows by maintaining administration tools like Intune and JamF.
• Drive efficiency by automating routine operational tasks through PowerShell, CLI, or Terraform.
• Facilitate seamless integrations between Entra and various external platforms, including Salesforce, AWS, and Okta.
• Partner with our security teams to ensure full compliance and provide support during IT audits.
• Develop and manage detailed technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT system administration.
• Deep technical knowledge of Entra (Azure AD), specifically regarding MFA, RBAC, conditional access policies, and user management.
• Proficiency in automation using tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, or CLI.
• A strong grasp of identity management principles, RBAC security models, and authentication protocols like OAuth and SAML.
• Proven ability to work effectively alongside cross-functional teams to deploy cloud-based solutions.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as Nagios, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
• Technical familiarity with firewall management, particularly with Palo Alto systems.
• Practical expertise in managing AWS cloud infrastructure, including storage, networking, and virtual machines.
• Experience in the administration of SharePoint.
