At Beslist.nl, we operate a high-traffic online platform that connects thousands of webshops with approximately 300,000 daily visitors. Our team of 50 professionals works hard to process vast amounts of data, ensuring our platform remains a vital engine for our clients' growth and market share. We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our hybrid team in the Netherlands to help our key accounts thrive through strategic, data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular phone and in-person check-ins.
Act as a strategic partner by analyzing client data to uncover new commercial opportunities and growth paths.
Collaborate with clients to set and achieve ambitious performance targets.
Focus on churn reduction and long-term loyalty by providing high-quality, data-backed advice.
Document all client interactions and strategic agreements to ensure clear and consistent follow-up.

Must-haves

Proven experience in account management and performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills with a natural ability to interpret data and identify commercial trends.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with demanding clients.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive as a team player in a dynamic environment.
Professional proficiency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with ROAS, eCPC, and churn-optimization strategies.
