About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Care Assistant for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will act as a team leader, balancing direct care duties with the responsibility of mentoring new caregivers. You will be a vital link between our staff and our management team, ensuring that every client receives the personalized attention they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to our clients while ensuring that you and your team consistently follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain open and frequent communication with the Registered Manager to report any updates, staff concerns, or changes in client needs.
- Keep accurate and timely documentation, including communication sheets and MAR charts, while strictly adhering to CQC regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience working within a health and social care environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent care.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A flexible approach to scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call services.
- A naturally caring and empathetic personality when working with our client group.
Location
This position is based in the United Kingdom.
