Senior Campaign Manager at YugabyteDB

At Yugabyte, we are building the default transactional database for enterprises moving to the cloud. Our flagship product, YugabyteDB, is a PostgreSQL-compatible, distributed database that offers the resilience and scalability needed for modern, mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, paid digital, and other platforms to boost conversions.
• Create full-funnel marketing strategies that guide prospects from initial awareness to pipeline acceleration.
• Develop automated nurture workflows to educate and engage leads throughout their journey.
• Utilize intent signals to prioritize account-based engagement efforts.
• Coordinate timely follow-ups for trade shows, webinars, and other events.
• Oversee paid third-party demand generation programs, ensuring high performance and strong return on investment.
• Refine audience segmentation and personalization by leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Monitor campaign metrics to run experiments, A/B tests, and optimizations.
• Collaborate with our sales and SDR teams to align messaging and improve the lead handoff process.

Must-haves

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, specifically within demand generation, lead nurturing, and outbound campaigns.
• Proven success in managing paid third-party lead generation programs.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and iterate based on results.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, buyer journeys, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations teams.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in marketing to technical audiences, such as developers, engineers, or database professionals.
• Experience with community engagement initiatives.
