About the Role
We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting features and optimizing performance for a live product with a dedicated player base. You will work within a cohesive, highly skilled team that values technical excellence and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define system requirements and game features that meet project goals.
- Write, test, and maintain robust source code while providing constructive feedback to fellow engineers.
- Author technical design documents and provide accurate development plans to ensure high-quality systems are delivered on schedule.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and JavaScript.
- Experience working with proprietary game engines and utilizing agile methodologies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
We especially value applicants with experience in mobile development, SaaS, performance optimization, or those who have led engineering teams.
