We're Bestpass, a payment platform leader founded in 2001 by truckers for truckers. We simplify toll management for commercial fleets by consolidating payments, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering volume discounts that help customers cut administrative time by up to 40 percent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Go-To-Market teams and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into streamlined processes and system improvements.
- Act as the primary technology advisor for users at every level within the revenue organization.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for system integrations built on MuleSoft.
- Lead planning, prioritization, and design of new projects that enhance the revenue tech stack.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to track adoption, deliver training, and recommend system enhancements.
- Ensure ongoing data quality, integration health, and functionality across all GTM tools.
- Create and maintain process, training, and integration documentation.
Must-haves
- At least three years of hands-on experience in a Revenue or Sales Operations role focused on business processes and systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Proven experience with MuleSoft and complex system integrations.
- Familiarity with additional GTM platforms such as Marketo and 6Sense.
- Track record of working in fast-paced environments, including system consolidation and M&A integration projects.
- Solid project-management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with BI tools such as Discern.io.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Exposure to additional GTM applications like ZoomInfo, Gong, or DocuSign.
