Senior Business Operations Analyst at Credit Karma

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help drive our strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key outcomes

• Act as a trusted partner to company leadership, helping them establish and track data-driven goals.
• Lead our end-to-end annual planning process, which includes designing the project timeline, gathering stakeholder input, and synthesizing deliverables for executive review.
• Manage year-round goal tracking by maintaining key performance indicators and preparing regular dashboards that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the operational rhythm of the Business Operations team by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
• Develop and implement new business processes and systems while managing ad-hoc projects to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional work experience, with a strong preference for candidates with 5 or more years of background in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate strategy, program management, or finance.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand core business drivers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to debate recommendations with management at all levels.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a bias toward action and effective prioritization.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and develop processes with minimal oversight.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in financial services, payments, or financial technology.
• Previous experience in corporate planning.
• A background in management consulting.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $141,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
