The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the architect behind our BI toolkit, using Tableau and Snowflake to turn raw information into clear, actionable intelligence. You will sit at the intersection of technology and business, bridging the gap between complex data structures and the strategic needs of our stakeholders. By treating data as a product, you will help us maintain operational accountability and drive our organizational growth forward.

A day in the life

• You will dive deep into complex datasets, merging information from various sources to uncover meaningful patterns and insights that inform our business strategy.
• You will design and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports, ensuring that our data is easy to interpret for both technical and non-technical team members.
• You will partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and build the reporting solutions necessary to support data-driven decision-making across the company.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in data engineering, preferably within the fintech space. You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Your technical toolkit includes deep proficiency in SQL and Python, along with at least three years of experience using modern visualization tools like Tableau. You are comfortable with data warehousing, modeling concepts, and version control tools like GitHub. Beyond your technical skills, you are a clear communicator who can translate complex requirements into simple, actionable language. You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
