We are looking for a Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Canada. At Docebo, we provide an AI-powered learning suite that helps over 3,000 global customers, including major brands like Netflix and AWS, manage their enterprise training needs. As a rapidly growing, publicly traded company, we pride ourselves on a culture rooted in innovation and togetherness. You will report to our Director of Revenue Strategy and work alongside our talented Revenue Strategy team to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful business intelligence and communicate key findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Design, build, and deploy visually compelling Tableau dashboards that leverage advanced functionality to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to define and manage relevant KPIs, ensuring our data structures and statistical models accurately reflect business performance.
Requirements
- A university degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Economics.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in reporting, statistics, or business intelligence using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to write complex queries, perform data pivots, and conduct statistical analysis, with specific experience querying MS-SQL databases.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for automating processes to create scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into clear recommendations for business users.
