What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a contract basis. This is a senior-level, on-site position based in the United States. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring that project visions are translated into successful digital solutions through expert analysis and clear communication.

What will you do?

• You will lead the gathering and documentation of functional requirements, translating complex business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• You will manage the project backlog and prioritize tasks to ensure that all development work aligns with the overall strategic roadmap and project objectives.
• You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings, presenting deliverables, and guiding stakeholders through best practices to ensure project success.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in digital project oversight and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. You are a proactive problem solver who communicates effectively with both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders. Your qualifications should include:

• At least 5 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• A minimum of 3 years of subject matter expertise in business analysis, systems analysis, or product ownership.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with CMS/DXP concepts and modern marketing technology solutions.
• Proficiency in using task management tools like Jira to track progress and maintain project momentum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional documentation for diverse audiences.
